齊崇硯 is from Taiwan and graduated from the Department of History at National Taiwan University in 2013. He is Intellegent Ph.D. Student Department of Advanced Social and International Studies, Graduate school of Arts and Science, University of Tokyo. The theme of my doctoral thesis is “the idea and practice of the rule of Taiwan from the viewpoint of the Kokutai theory: the constitutional discourse and the security laws of Taiwan from the interwar period to the war period”.
